长江经济带对外贸易可持续发展评价研究

摘　　要：对外贸易可持续发展评价指标体系是评价区域经济可持续发展水平的重要工具。本文从提高长江经济带对外贸易发展质量和效益角度出发,在外贸规模、经济、技术和生态4个系统层选取11个指标,以熵值法为评价方法,构建了一套对外贸易可持续发展评价指标体系,对长江经济带东中西部地带2015—2020年的对外贸易可持续发展程度和水平进行纵向比较,以及对2020年长江经济带东中西部地带的4个一级指标和11个二级指标进行横向比较,并以此提出相应的发展建议。The evaluation index system of foreign trade’s sustainable development is an important tool to evaluate the sustainable development of the regional economy.From the perspective of improving the quality and efficiency of foreign trade’s development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper selects 11 indicators in the four aspects of the scale of foreign trade,economy,technology and ecology,and uses the entropy method as the evaluation method to construct a set of evaluation index systems for foreign trade’s sustainable development.The degree and level of sustainable development of foreign trade in the eastern,central and western regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2015 to 2020 are compared vertically,and the four first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators of the eastern,central and western regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2020 are compared horizontally,and corresponding development suggestions are proposed.
