“一带一路”背景下中国与东盟能源产业内贸易的实证研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢的理念,这为中国与东盟能源产业内贸易发展增添动力。“一带一路”倡议下,对外直接投资水平、对外开放程度、对外经济合作水平等因素对中国与东盟能源产业内贸易水平具有促进作用,对外直接投资规模则对其能源贸易增量的产业内贸易水平具有正向影响。新时代背景下,通过践行“一带一路”倡议,深化中国与东盟在基础设施建设、能源金融合作、区域性能源安全体系构建等方面的交流,可以持续提升双边能源产业内贸易水平,促进双边能源贸易发展。The“Belt and Road”initiative calls for peaceful cooperation,openness and inclusiveness,mutual learning and win-win outcomes,adding impetus to intra-energy trade between China and ASEAN.Under the“Belt and Road”initiative,factors such as the level of outward direct investment,the degree of openness to the outside world and the level of external economic cooperation have a positive effect on the level of intra-industry trade in energy between China and ASEAN;the scale of foreign direct investment has a positive effect on the level of intra-industry trade of its energy trade increment.In the context of the new era,China and ASEAN will deepen exchanges on infrastructure development,energy finance cooperation and the establishment of regional energy security systems,etc.,through the implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative,and we can continue to raise the level of bilateral energy intra-industry trade and promote the development of bilateral energy trade.
