中国古代贝壳货币的创制及其对当前央行数字货币的启发

摘　　要：贝壳成为中国古代的货币,并非全是商品货币关系自然演化的结果,其中顶层设计发挥了重要作用,体现出我国远古时代部落文明的主动性和创造力。互联网时代,交易活动越来越多地通过线上进行,带动了第三方支付、加密货币等新兴交易媒介,央行数字货币能够解决加密货币币值不稳的问题,可以更好地履行流通手段职能,是货币发展的方向。但目前定位存在局限性、缺乏独立算法,配套技术和商业模式支撑不足,国际合作缺乏。借鉴贝币的创制历程,应该将央行数字货币不仅定位于M0,还要追求与M1和M2的融合、线上与线下的融合,以线上和线下交易量来确定货币发行量,稳定货币价值,拓展应用场景,展开国际合作,推动商品贸易关系迈向新的阶段。Shell became the currency of ancient China,not all of which was the result of the natural evolution of commodity currency relations.Top-level design played an important role,reflecting the initiative and creativity of tribal civilization in ancient China.In the Internet era,more and more trading activities are carried out online,driving emerging trading media such as third-party payment and cryptocurrency.The Central Bank’s digital currency can solve the problem of the unstable currency value of cryptocurrency and can better perform the function of circulation means,which is the trend of currency development.However,there are limitations in current positioning,a lack of independent algorithms,insuffi cient support for supporting technologies and business models,and a lack of international cooperation.Drawing on the creation process of the currency,the digital currency of the Central Bank should not only be positioned at M0,but also pursue the integration with M1 and M2,and the integration of online and offl ine transactions to determine currency issuance,stabilize currency values,expand application scenarios,expand international cooperation,and promote commodity trade relations to a new stage.
