摘　　要：为有效控制外来入侵有害生物日本松干蚧的发生危害,减少虫害造成的经济损失,通过2019~2021年3年设置日本松干蚧固定样地进行了监测调查,2021年3月在日本松干蚧第1代若虫展露期开展了药物筛选。结果表明:30%噻虫胺/噻嗪酮和48%毒死蜱乳油防治效果为最佳,2021年9月利用无人机在日本松干蚧第2代若虫展露期开展超低空药剂喷雾防治试验,通过3次药效检查,日本松干蚧若虫期虫口减退率达90%左右,一定程度上控制了日本松干蚧的扩散蔓延和危害。通过调查初步掌握了日本松干蚧在贵州省遵义市的分布、发生面积和危害情况,观察到日本松干蚧在遵义市的生物学特性和发生扩散规律,可为防治日本松干蚧提供参考。In order to effectively control the occurrence of invasive pests of Matsucoccus matsumurae,and reduce the economic losses caused by insect pests,a fixed sample of Matsucoccus matsumurae for monitoring and investigation in the three years from 2019 to 2021 was set up.The occurrence of Matsucoccus matsumurae in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province was preliminarily grasped.The distribution,occurrence area and damage situation of Matsucoccus matsumurae were observed,and the biological characteristics and occurrence and diffusion rules of Matsucoccus matsumurae were observed in Zunyi City,which provided a basis for the prevention and control of Matsucoccus matsumurae.The results showed that the control effect of 30%clothianidin/thiazide and 48%chlorpyrifos EC was the best.In September 2021,an ultra-low-altitude chemical spray control test was carried out during the exposure period of the second-generation nymphs of the Matsucoccus matsumurae by using drones,which passed 3 times.The drug efficacy inspection showed that the control effect reached about 90%,which controlled the spread and harm of Matsucoccus matsumurae to a certain extent.
