城乡融合发展背景下贵州城乡收入差距的区域特征及预测

摘　　要：缩小城乡收入差距,促进城乡融合发展对大力推进乡村振兴战略的实施有着重要意义。基于2005~2018年贵州省城乡收入的面板数据,运用重心迁移法、灰色预测模型等分析了其城乡收入差距区域特征及变化趋势。结果表明:①城镇收入的重心向东北方向转移,农村收入重心向东南缓慢移动,全省城乡收入的重心向东部方向缓慢转移;②2019~2035年贵州省城乡收入表现出不断增长的趋势,收入差距呈持续缩小态势。根据研究结果提出了促进贵州省城乡融合发展的对策建议:城乡融合发展与现代化农业机制构建有机结合、培养新时代的新型农民,促进城乡融合发展、增强中心城市辐射能力,促进城乡收入平衡发展。Narrowing the urban-rural income gap and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas are of great significance to vigorously promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.Based on the panel data of urban-rural income in Guizhou province from 2005 to 2018,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution patterns and trends of its urban-rural income gap by using center of gravity migration method and gray prediction model.The research results show that:①urban incomes are significantly different from each other.The center of gravity of urban income shifts to the northeast;the center of gravity of rural income slowly moves to the southeast,and the center of gravity of urban and rural income in the province slowly shifts to the east;②from 2019 to 2035,urban and rural income in Guizhou Province shows a trend of continuous growth,and the income gap is continuously reduced;③the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting integrated development in Guizhou Province based on the research results.The integration of urban and rural development and the construction of modern agricultural mechanism should be combined organically to train new-type farmers in the new era,promote the integration of urban and rural development,strengthen the radiation ability of central cities,and promote the balanced development of urban and rural income.
