摘 要:以粒径小于100目的杨树为原料,采用热重分析法(TGA)研究了杨树在40℃/min的升温速率下,从室温到700℃的催化热解过程。分析了不同含量的碱金属盐催化剂Na_(2)CO_(3)和K_(2)CO_(3)对其热解过程的影响,并深入了解了催化热解反应动力学。实验结果表明:杨树的催化热解过程大致可以分为3个阶段。随着K_(2)CO_(3)、Na_(2)CO_(3)质量分数的不断增大,杨树的热解转化率α逐渐降低,最大热解失重速率Wmax先增加后减小,对应的峰值温度Tmax逐渐降低,活化能E逐渐减小。杨树的催化热解满足一级反应动力学方程,ln A与E之间存在动力学补偿效应。The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)is used to study the catalytic pyrolysis of poplar with a particle size less than 100 mesh from room temperature to 700℃at a heating rate of 40℃/min.The influence of different contents of alkali metal salt catalysts Na_(2)CO_(3)and K_(2)CO_(3)on their pyrolysis process is analyzed,and the kinetics of catalytic pyrolysis is studied.The experimental results show that the catalytic pyrolysis process of poplar can be roughly divided into three stages.With the increasing mass fraction of Na_(2)CO_(3)and K_(2)CO_(3),the pyrolysis conversion rateαof poplar decreases gradually,the maximum weight loss rate Wmaxincreases firstly and then decreases,the corresponding peak temperature Tmaxdecreases gradually,and the activation energy E decreases gradually.The catalytic pyrolysis of poplar satisfied the first-order kinetics equation,and there is a kinetic compensation effect between ln A and E.
