光伏配件用脱醇型RTV-1室温硫化硅橡胶的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,以氢氧化铝和纳米级碳酸钙补强,加入适量交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂,制备了一款适用于光伏配件粘接密封用的脱醇型RTV-1室温硫化硅橡胶。考察了交联剂与补强填料用量、偶联剂的品种以及催化剂类型对硅橡胶硫化性能、耐黄变性能和粘接性能的影响。较佳配方为,100份107硅橡胶中加入6份交联剂、120份补强填料,使用LT-540与LT-590复配型偶联剂,1份催化剂。以此配方制备的硅橡胶硫化后具有良好的耐黄变性及粘接密封性,对光伏件基材的粘接达100%的内聚破坏。同时经过双85试验老化后,硅橡胶的表干时间保持率为70%,拉伸强度保持率达86.1%,完全符合太阳光伏发电配件户外运用的需求。A kind of dealcoholized RTV-1 RTV silicone rubber suitable for bonding and sealing of photovoltaic accessories is prepared with using the hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane as the base glue,the aluminum hydroxide and nano calcium carbonate as reinforcing filler,and adding appropriate amount of cross-linking agent,coupling agent and catalyst.The effects of the amount of cross-linking agent and reinforcing filler,the type of coupling agent and catalyst on the vulcanization performance,yellowing resistance and bonding properties of silicone rubber are investigated.The preferred formula is shown as follows:adding 6 parts of cross-linking agent and 120 parts of reinforcing filler to 100 parts of 107 silicone rubber,us-ing LT-540 and LT-590 compound coupling agent and 1 part of catalyst.The silicone rubber prepared with this formula after vulcanization has good yellowing resistance,adhesion and sealing properties,and the adhesion to the substrate of photovoltaic devices reaches 100%cohesive failure.Mean-while,after aging in the double 85 test,the surface drying time retention rate of silicone rubber is 70%,and the tensile strength retention rate is86.1%,which can fully meet the needs of outdoor use of solar photovoltaic power generation accessories.
