摘 要:试验旨在研究一款适用于建材装饰、交通工程等领域的硅烷改性聚醚密封胶。以提升工程、装饰效率需求为出发点,逐一考察了密封胶原料除水剂、填料用量,催化剂、增塑剂种类以及硅烷偶联剂基团对密封胶表干速率和深层固化速度的影响。经试验发现,以硅烷改性聚醚(MS)树脂为主料、80nm的活性纳米碳酸钙填料100份、与MS树脂主链结构相近聚丙二醇3000为增塑剂、锡含量高的改性有机锡为催化剂,双结构分子的N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为偶联剂,并引入3份除水剂,制得密封胶表干时间为10min,24h固化深度为4.4mm,贮存期达到12个月。The purpose of the experiment is to develop a silane-modified polyether sealant suitable for building materials decoration,traffic engi-neering and other fields.Starting from the needs of improving engineering and decoration efficiency,the raw materials are investigated one by one.The effects of dewatering agent,filler dosage,catalyst,plasticizer type and silane coupling agent group on the surface drying rate and deep curing rate of sealant are explored.Through the experiments,it is found that when the silane-modified polyether(MS)resin is used as the main material,100parts of 80nm active nano-calcium carbonate is used as filler,the PPG3000 with a similar MS’s main chain structure is used as the plasticizer,and the modified organotin with a high tin content is used as the catalyst,the KH-792 is used as the coupling agent and 3 parts of water scavenger are introduced,a sealant with a surface drying time of 10min,a curing depth of 4.4mm in 24h and a storage period of 12 months can be obtained.
