摘  要:三醋酸纤维素以其透明性与光学性能等独特优势成为一种广泛使用的感光材料片基,但是胶片中的三醋酸纤维素酯水解会形成醋酸综合症,危害胶片的安全。为了研究胶片的水解性能,研究多种胶片组合物对三醋酸纤维素酯片基胶片的拉伸强度的影响,以期能够缓解胶片的水解问题。将三醋酸纤维素、丙酮、甲醇等原料依照一定比例融合,经过滤除杂质、脱泡处理等过程获取三醋酸纤维素酯片基,在此基础上结合端羟基聚丁二烯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯以及过氧化苯甲酰等原料,经过干燥与聚合等过程得到三醋酸纤维素酯片基胶片。分析所制备胶片的表观形貌与拉伸强度得到:三醋酸纤维素酯片基表面较为光滑平整,拉伸断裂面结构具有不对称性;三醋酸纤维素含量提升至5%的条件下,所制备胶片开始进入屈服状态;在丙烯酸酯相交联剂与扩链剂含量逐渐提升的条件下,所制备的三醋酸纤维素酯片基胶片拉伸强度与断裂伸长率分别提升与下降。因此,可以通过调整不同组成物质的含量,来延缓三醋酸纤维素酯片基胶片水解断裂拉伸。Cellulose triacetate has become a widely used photographic material film base because of its unique advantages such as transparency and optical properties.However,due to the hydrolysis of cellulose triacetate in the film,the acetic acid syndrome is formed,which will do harm to the film.In order to study the hydrolytic properties of films and to alleviate the hydrolytic problem,the effects of various film compositions on the tensile strength of cellulose triacetate film base films are studied.Firstly,the cellulose triacetate,acetone,methanol and other raw materials are fused in a certain proportion,then the processes of filtering impurities and defoaming are carried out.On this basis,the cellulose triacetate film base is obtained by drying and polymerization combined with hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene,isophorone diisocyanate,benzoyl peroxide and other raw materials.The surface morphology and tensile strength of the films are analyzed.The results show that the surface of cellulose triacetate film base is smooth and the tensile fracture surface structure is asymmetric;When the content of cellulose triacetate increases to 5%,the prepared film begin to enter the yield state;The tensile strength and elongation at break of prepared cellulose triacetate film increases and decreases respectively when the contents of acry-latephase crosslinker and chain extender increase gradually.Therefore,the hydrolytic breaking and elongation of cellulose triacetate film base can be delayed by adjusting the contents of different components.
