改性UF树脂胶合板的制备及其甲醛释放浓度测试分析

摘　　要：UF树脂在合成时,由于甲醛与尿素反应不充分,导致树脂胶中存在游离的甲醛以及一些低聚物,会对环境和人体造成一定的伤害。为此,研究改性UF树脂胶合板的制备及其甲醛释放浓度方法。试验制备未改性的UF树脂胶合板,同时制备添加10%、15%以及20%淀粉含量的改性UF树脂胶合板,测定四种试样的应用性能与甲醛释放浓度。经实验验证:未改性UF树脂胶合板试样的固化时间较长,贮存天数要低于改性后的试样,且胶合干强度与湿强度较低。而经淀粉改性后试样的应用性能明显得到增强,最低固化时间仅为110s。在测试甲醛释放浓度时,在不同物质的量比阶段,未改性试样的游离甲醛浓度与甲醛释放量最低达到0.46%、26mg·100g^(-1),而经改性后的试样游离甲醛浓度最低为0.18%、甲醛释放量为8mg·100g^(-1)。在胶合板试样热压过程中,热压温度为110℃、热压时间为50min以及热压压力为1.2MPa时,可以使试样保持最低的甲醛释放量。During the synthesis of UF resin,due to the insufficient reaction between formaldehyde and urea,there is free formaldehyde and some oligomers in the resin glue,which will cause certain damage to the environment and human body.Therefore,the preparation of modified UF resin plywood and its formaldehyde release concentration method are studied.The unmodified UF resin plywood is prepared,and the modified UF resin plywood with 10%,15%and 20%starch content are prepared respectively.The application performance and formaldehyde release concentration of four samples are measured.It is verified by experiments that the curing time of unmodified UF resin plywood sample is longer,the storage days are less than that of the modified sample,and the dry strength and wet strength of the adhesive are lower.However,the application performance of the samples modified by starch is obviously enhanced,and the minimum curing time is only 110s.When testing the formaldehyde release concentration,it is found that at different molar ratio stages,the free formaldehyde concentration and formaldehyde release amount of unmodified sample reaches 0.46%and 26mg·100g^(-1)respectively,while the free formaldehyde concentration of modified sample is 0.18%and the formaldehyde release amount is 8mg·100g^(-1).In the hot-pressing process of plywood sample,when the hot-pressing temperature is 110℃,the hot-pressing time is 50min and the hot-pressing pressure is 1.2 MPa,the formaldehyde release amount of sample can be kept at the lowest level.
