摘  要:在水工建筑物的开采过程中,钢筋混凝土会发生劣化。因此,需要对混凝土进行修复。需修补的混凝土表面必须足够粗糙,修补材料必须具有适当的粘接特性,使旧混凝土与修补材料之间的粘接牢固。对结构和非结构修复的混凝土表面粗糙度指标进行了评估。此外,还评价了掺加环氧树脂类胶粘剂的水泥砂浆对水工建筑物修复的适宜性。为了估算粘结强度,进行了拉拔试验。为研究修复体的抗冻性,分别对试件进行50、100和150次冻融循环处理,并测定其拉拔粘结强度。结果表明,环氧树脂类胶粘剂增强了水泥砂浆的粘结性能,提高了待修补混凝土表面的粗糙度。In the mining process of hydraulic structures,reinforced concrete will deteriorate,so it is necessary to repair the concrete.The surface of the concrete to be mended must be sufficiently rough and the mending material must have appropriate bonding properties to make the bonding be-tween the old concrete and the mending material be firm.The surface roughness indexes of structural and non-structural repaired concrete are evalu-ated.In addition,the suitability of cement mortar mixed with epoxy resin adhesive for repairing hydraulic structures is also evaluated.In order to esti-mate bonding strength,the pull-out test is carried out.In order to study the frost resistance of the restoration,the specimens are subjected to freezethaw cycles for 50,100 and 150 times,respectively,and their pull-out bonding strength is measured.The results show that the epoxy resin adhesive enhances the bonding property of cement mortar and improves the surface roughness of concrete to be repaired.
