摘　　要：本文分析阿替普酶静脉溶栓桥接动脉取栓治疗急性颅内动脉闭塞性脑梗死的时间窗,同时总结阿替普酶静脉溶栓和动脉取栓围术期的有效护理方法。This paper analyzed the time window of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis bridging artery thrombectomy in the treatment of acute intracranial arterial occlusive infarction,and summarized the effective nursing methods of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis and arterial thrombectomy in the perioperative period.
