苏黄止咳胶囊联合复方甲氧那明治疗肺切除术后持续咳嗽的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗肺切除术后持续咳嗽(CAP)的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的80例CAP患者,随机分为两组。对照组(36例)口服复方甲氧那明胶囊,观察组(44例)在对照组基础上加用苏黄止咳胶囊。对比两组临床疗效、咳嗽评分和不良反应。结果治疗1周后观察组临床总有效率(93.18%)高于对照组(77.78%)(P<0.05);治疗1周后两组日间、夜间咳嗽评分均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),停药1周两组日间咳嗽评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组夜间咳嗽评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1周后观察组不良反应发生率(6.82%)与对照组(8.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合复方甲氧那明治疗CAP的效果确切,不会增加不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with compound methoxyphenamine capsule in persistent cough after pulmonary resection(CAP).Methods A total of 80 CAP patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-six patients in the control group were given oral compound methoxyphenamine capsules,while 44 patients in the observation group were given Suhuang Zhike capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cough score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(93.18%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the daytime and nighttime cough scores of the two groups were decreased,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the daytime cough score of the two groups was not statistically significant for after 1 week of drug withdrawal(P>0.05),and the nighttime cough score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.82%)was compared with that(8.33%)in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsules combined with compound methoxyphenamine orally has a definite curative effect in the treatment of CAP and will not increase adverse reactions.
