活血化瘀药物对老年脑出血患者康复期神经功能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究活血化瘀药物辨证施治对老年脑出血患者康复期神经功能的影响。方法将2019年4月至2021年3月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的115例老年脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组接受常规药物治疗和康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上接受活血化瘀药物辨证施治。观察两组患者干预前后神经功能缺损程度和生存质量。结果观察组干预后中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后脑卒中专用生存质量量表(SS-QOL)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年脑出血患者康复期开展康复训练联合活血化瘀药物,能有效促进患者神经功能恢复,提高其生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of activating blood and removing tasis drugs on the neurological function of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage during rehabilitation.Methods A total of 115 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan from April 2019 to March 2021 were taken as the research object.They were divided into two groups by using the method of random number table.The control group received conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training,and the observation group received the drugs for activating blood circulation and removing stasis according to syndrome differentiation on the basis of control group.The degree of neural function defect and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were observed.Results After intervention,the score of Chinese stroke scale(CSS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of each dimension of stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis during the rehabilitation period of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,and play a positive role in improving their quality of life.
