摘　　要：目的探究消癥抗癌方联合化疗对宫颈癌患者肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年5月萍乡市人民医院收治的80例宫颈癌患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取化疗治疗,观察组采取消癥抗癌方联合化疗治疗。比较两组疗效、肿瘤标志物[鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCCA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原125(CA125)]及毒副反应发生率。结果观察组治疗4个疗程的总缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4个疗程,两组SCCA、CA125、CEA低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组毒副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消癥抗癌方联合化疗治疗宫颈癌的效果显著,可有效降低肿瘤标志物水平,不增加毒副反应发生率,安全性尚可。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Xiaozheng Kangai recipe combined with chemotherapy on tumor markers in patients with cervical cancer.METHODS 80 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Xiaozheng Kangai recipe combined with chemotherapy.The curative effect,tumor markers[squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cancer antigen 125(CA125)]and the incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,SCCA,CA125 and CEA in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Xiaozheng Kangai recipe combined with chemotherapy has a significant effect on cervical cancer,can effectively reduce the level of tumor markers,does not increase the incidence of side effects.
