加味生化汤联合生物电反馈治疗对顺产后子宫复旧的影响

摘　　要：目的研究加味生化汤联合生物电反馈治疗改善顺产后子宫复旧的有效性及安全性。方法选取135例顺产产妇,随机分为常规组(33例)、生化组(35例)、电疗组(34例)、联合组(33例)。常规组产妇只接受产后常规治疗,生化组产妇服用加味生化汤,电疗组产妇采用生物电反馈治疗,联合组产妇采用加味生化汤联合生物电反馈治疗,均连续治疗7 d,观察四组产妇的恶露持续时间、42 d子宫三围之和及总有效率。结果联合组产妇的血性恶露时间、浆液性恶露时间、恶露持续时间短于常规组、生化组和电疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组产妇的子宫入盆时间、42 d子宫三围之和优于常规组、生化组和电疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合组的总有效率为96.97%,高于常规组的57.56%、生化组的80.00%和电疗组的70.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味生化汤联合生物电反馈治疗能显著改善顺产产妇子宫复旧,安全性较高。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Shenghua Decoction combined with bioelectrical feedback treatment in improving uterine involution after normal delivery.Methods A total of 135 cases of normal delivery were selected and randomly divided into the routine group(33 cases),the biochemical group(35 cases),the electrotherapy group(34 cases)and the combined group(33 cases).The women in the routine group only received routine postpartum treatment,the women in the biochemical group took Jiawei Shenghua Decoction,the women in the electrotherapy group took the bioelectrical feedback treatment,and the women in the combined group took Jiawei Shenghua Decoction combined with the bioelectrical feedback treatment,and all patients were treated continuously for 7 days.The duration of lochia,the sum of 42-day uterine measurements and the total effective rate of the four groups were observed.Results The bloody lochia time,serous lochia time,and lochia duration of puerperae in the combined group were better than those in the the routine group,the biochemical group,the electrotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of uterus entering the pelvis and the sum of 42-day uterine measurements in the combined group were better than those in the other three groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.97%,which were higher than 57.56%in the conventional group,80.00%in the biochemical group and 70.58%in the electrotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Shenghua Decoction combined with bioelectrical feedback treatment can significantly improve the uterine involution of parturient women in normal delivery,with higher safety.
