临床路径护理实施在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的评估在子宫肌瘤患者护理中开展临床路径护理的价值以及护理满意度。方法采取电脑抽检法选取94例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为对照组(47例)与试验组(47例)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组采用临床路径护理。比较两组的护理满意度、遵医行为、围术期相关指标、并发症发生率。结果试验组的护理满意度与遵医行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的术前准备时间、住院时间、排气时间均短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的并发症总发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的17.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫肌瘤患者的临床围术期护理,开展临床路径护理效果显著,可有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者的整体护理满意度,且对于患者遵医行为提升也具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the value of clinical pathway nursing and nursing satisfaction in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 94 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and randomly divided into the control group(47 cases)and the experimental group(47 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given clinical pathway nursing.The nursing satisfaction,compliance behavior,perioperative related indicators and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction and compliance behavior in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative preparation time,hospitalization time and exhaust time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the hospitalization cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.26%,which was lower than 17.02%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical perioperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids,the implementation of clinical pathway nursing has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the overall nursing satisfaction of patients,and is also of great significance for the improvement of patients*compliance behavior.
