补肾健脾化瘀安胎法结合穴位贴敷治疗早期先兆流产合并子宫腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾健脾化瘀安胎法结合穴位敷贴治疗孕早期先兆流产合并子宫腔积液的临床效果。方法选取60例孕早期先兆流产合并子宫腔积液患者,按照随机对照的原则分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予单纯的孕酮支持治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上加用补肾健脾化瘀安胎法并结合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的阴道流血停止时间及腰酸腹痛消失的时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用补肾健脾化瘀安胎法结合穴位贴敷治疗孕早期先兆流产合并子宫腔积液的效果显著,优于单纯西医孕酮支持治疗的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen invigorating spleen removing blood stasis and relieving miscarriage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of threatened abortion combined with uterine cavity effusion in the first trimester.Methods A total of 60 patients with threatened abortion and uterine cavity effusion in early pregnancy were selected and divided into the research group and the control group according to the principle of random control,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given simple progesterone support treatment,and the research group was treated with the method of onifying the kidney,invigorating the spleen,removing blood stasis and calming the fetus combined with acupoint application on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups took one week as a course of treatment,and treated for two consecutive courses.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 90.0%,which was higher than 66.7%of the control group,with statistically significant difierence(P<0.05).The stopping time of vaginal bleeding and the disappearance time of low back pain and abdominal pain in the research group after treatment were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistically signficant difierence(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of t Bushen invigorating spleen removing blood stasis and relieving miscarriage combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of threatened abortion combined with uterine cavity effusion in the early pregnancy has a significant effect,which is superior to the efiect of simple western medicine progesterone support treatment.
