产前超声检查对胎儿泌尿系统异常的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析产前超声检查对胎儿泌尿系统异常的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月—2022年7月自泉州市妇幼保健院收治的126例孕妇作为研究样本,为检查胎儿泌尿系统异常,纳入研究孕妇产前均接受产前超声检查,对其诊断结果及阳性征象检出率与产后检查作对比。结果产后检查检出肾盂积水7例(5.56%)、肾囊性发育不全3例(2.38%)、肾单纯性囊肿3例(2.38%)、肾缺如1例(0.79%)、肾盂输尿管梗阻1例(0.79%)、常染色体隐性遗传性多囊肾1例(0.79%),总检出例数为16例,总检出率为12.70%;产前超声检查检出肾盂积水6例(4.76%)、肾囊性发育不全2例(1.59%)、肾单纯性囊肿3例(2.38%)、肾缺如1例(0.79%)、肾盂输尿管梗阻1例(0.79%)、常染色体隐性遗传性多囊肾1例(0.79%),总检出例数14例,总检出率为11.11%,组间总检出率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后检查阳性16例、阴性110例;产前超声检查检出阳性14例、阴性112例,准确度、敏感度、特异度分别为98.41%(124/126)、87.50%(14/16)、87.30%(110/126)。结论产前超声检查在胎儿泌尿系统异常中具有极高的诊断价值,对于新生儿泌尿系统疾病早期诊断、早干预、早治疗起到重要的作用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of prenatal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of infantile urinary system abnormality.Methods A total of 26 pregnant women checked from January 2019 to July 2022 in Quanzhou Women’s and Children’s Hospital were selected as research samples.Prenatal ultrasonography was performed.The diagnosis results,positive symptom rates and postpartum examination results were compared.Results Through the postpartum examination,7 hydronephrosis cases were discovered(5.56%),3 kidney cystic hypoplasia cases(2.38%),3 simple renal cyst cases(2.38%),one renal agenesis case(0.79%),one ureteropelvic obstruction case(0.79%)and one autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease case(0.79%).A total of 16 urinary system abnormality infants were discovered(12.70%).Through the prenatal ultrasonography,6 hydronephrosis cases were discovered(4.76%),2 kidney cystic hypoplasia cases(1.59%),3 simple renal cyst cases(2.38%),one renal agenesis case(0.79%),one ureteropelvic obstruction case(0.79%)and one autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease case(0.79%).A total of 14 urinary system abnormality infants were discovered(11.11%).The total detection rates of urinary system abnormality between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).16 positive cases and 110 negative cases were found by the postpartum examination;14 positive cases and 112 negative cases were found by prenatal ultrasonography.The diagnosis accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of prenatal ultrasonography were 98.41%(124/126),87.50%(14/16),87.30%(110/126).Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography has high diagnosis values of neonatal urinary system abnormality,providing basis for the early disease diagnosis,intervention and treatment.
