摘　　要：目的分析男性强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者血液中肾上腺糖皮质激素水平。方法回顾性分析2018年5月—2020年5月广州医科大学第六附属医院骨科中心收治的20例AS男性患者,27名健康男性。分别于空腹早晨8∶00及16︰00抽取静脉血,检测血浆肾上腺糖皮质激素浓度,比较两组患者的血液中肾上腺糖皮质激素水平。结果8︰00及16︰0020例AS患者肾上腺糖皮质激素水平(142.76±9.22)ng/mL、(41.05±7.85)ng/mL均低于对照组(159.85±12.05)ng/mL、(55.90±2.95)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论男性强直性脊柱炎患者有不同程度的肾上腺皮质功能受损。Objective To investigate cortisol levels in the blood of male ankylosing spondylitis(AS)patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 20 male patients with AS and 27 healthy males admitted to the orthopedic center of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2018 to May 2020.Fasting venous blood samples were taken at 8:00 and 16:00 in the morning,and the plasma concentration of adrenal glucocorticoids was measured.The blood level of adrenal glucocorticoids was compared between the two groups.Results 8:00 and 16:00 the levels of adrenal glucocorticoid in AS patients(142.76±9.22)ng/mL and(41.05±7.85)ng/mL were lower than those in normal control group(159.85±12.05)ng/mL and(55.90±2.95)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Male patients with ankylosing spondylitis have varying degrees of impaired adrenocortical function.
