摘 要:空气滤材是空气过滤器的主要组成材料,主要包括单层空气滤材和双层空气滤材。为了分析单层空气滤材和双层空气滤材的过滤性能差异,设计了试验验证方案,并对单层滤材和双层滤材组合在流阻、过滤比等过滤性能进行了对比与分析。分析表明:双层滤材组合后的流阻不小于两个单层滤材流阻之和;其过滤比不一定等于两个单层滤材过滤比的乘积,而是会出现小于两个单层滤材过滤比的乘积的情况;双层滤材组合可以提高其过滤比或过滤效率,但是流阻会增大。Air filter material is the main component material of air filter,mainly including single-layer air filter material and double-layer air filter material.In order to analyze the difference of filtration performance between single-layer air filter material and double-layer air filter material.An experimental verification scheme were designed,and the filtration performances of single-layer air filter material and double-layer air filter material combination in terms of flow resistance,filtration ratio were compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that the flow resistance after the combination of double-layer filter materials is more than the sum of the flow resistance of two single-layer filter materials.The filtration ratio is not necessarily equal to the product of the filtration ratio of two single-layer filter materials,but is less than the product of the filtration ratio of two single-layer filter materials.The combination of double-layer filter materials can improve the filtration ratio or filtration efficiency,but the flow resistance increases.
