摘 要:卵子和精子相互融合形成受精卵的过程称为受精,其标志是卵子排出第二极体,随后形成的雌原核和雄原核相互交融。人类胚胎发育及繁衍是否正常进行取决于受精是否正常完成。受精障碍及无原核形成是辅助生殖治疗反复失败的主要原因之一。其发病机制可从基因水平进行阐述,近年来,WEE2基因的变异和受精失败之间的关系备受关注。本文就WEE2基因突变与受精失败的关系进行综述。The process of egg and sperm fusing with each other to form a fertilized egg is called fertilization and is marked by the release of the second polar body of the egg and the subsequent fusion of the female and male prokaryotes.The normal development and reproduction of human embryo depends on the normal completion of fertilization.Insemination disorder and absence of prokaryotic formation are the main reasons for repeated failure of assisted reproduction therapy.Its pathogenesis can be elaborated from the gene level.In recent years,the association between WEE2 gene variation and fertilization failure has attracted much attention.This article reviews the relationship between WEE2 gene mutation and fertilization failure.
