摘  要:内质网中过多的错误折叠和未折叠的蛋白质积累导致细胞稳态失衡,真核细胞的稳态需要激活一系列信号通路来维持。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)逐渐成为困扰育龄期妇女最常见的疾病之一,内质网应激(ERS)参与PCOS的发生。ERS对糖代谢异常、心血管疾病、非酒精性脂肪肝等具有不利影响,进一步加重PCOS患者代谢紊乱。本文就ERS对PCOS代谢相关疾病的作用机制及治疗药物进行综述,旨在为PCOS代谢相关疾病治疗提供理论依据。Excessive accumulation of misfolded and unfolded proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum leads to an imbalance in cell homeostasis.Eukaryotic homeostasis is maintained by activating a series of signaling pathways.Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)has gradually become one of the most common diseases troubling women of childbearing age,and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)is involved in the occurrence of PCOS.ERS has adverse effects on abnormal glucose metabolism,cardiovascular disease,non-alcoholic fatty liver,and further aggravates metabolic disorders in PCOS patients.This article reviews the mechanism of action of ERS on diseases related to PCOS metabolism and the therapeutic drugs,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of PCOS metabolism-related diseases.
