宫腔镜联合盆腔CT检查在子宫内膜癌宫颈受累诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜联合盆腔CT检查在子宫内膜癌宫颈受累诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月山东省邹城市人民医院收治的82例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象。均行宫腔镜联合盆腔CT检查,以病理学检查结果为金标准,比较不同检查方法的诊断效能。结果病理检查结果显示,82例患者中宫颈受累20例(24.39%),宫颈未受累62例(75.61%)。宫腔镜联合盆腔CT检查的敏感度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确度高于单一宫腔镜或盆腔CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫腔镜联合盆腔CT检查的特异度与单一宫腔镜、盆腔CT检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合盆腔CT诊断子宫内膜癌宫颈受累情况的效能较高,能够获取更为全面的病灶信息,为术前评估病灶提供依据。Objective To investigate the clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with pelvic CT in the diagnosis of cervical involvement of endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 82 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to Zoucheng People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.Hysteroscopy combined with pelvic CT examination was performed in all patients.The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods.Results The results of pathological examination showed that 20 cases(24.39%)of the 82 patients had cervical involvement,while 62 cases(75.61%)had no cervical involvement.The sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of hysteroscopy combined with pelvic CT examination were higher than those of single hysteroscopy or pelvic CT examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the specificity of hysteroscopy combined with pelvic CT examination compared with single hysteroscopy and pelvic CT examination(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with pelvic CT has a higher diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of cervical involvement of endometrial carcinoma,which can obtain more comprehensive lesion information and provide a basis for preope rative evaluation of lesions.
