腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月1日至2021年11月1日徐州医科大学附属医院妇科收治的160例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各80例。对照组采用开腹宫颈癌根治术,实验组采用腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术。比较两种治疗方式的围手术期及术后相关指标、并发症发生情况、生活质量。结果实验组的围手术期及术后指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的并发症总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜根治术治疗早期宫颈癌的效果确切,手术创伤小,能够降低并发症发生,提升生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in the treatment of early cervical cancer.Methods A total of 160 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from October 1,2019 to November 1,2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random numbe r table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open radical resection of cervical surgery,the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic radical cervical resection of cervical cancer.The perioperative and postoperative related indexes,complications and quality of life were compared between the two treatment methods.Results The perioperative and postoperative related indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.00%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection in the treatment of early cervical cancer has definite effect,small surgical trauma,can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
