多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合50%硫酸镁热敷治疗新生儿经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管机械性静脉炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究新生儿经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)机械性静脉炎应用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏+50%硫酸镁热敷治疗的临床价值。方法于2021年1月至12月南京市妇幼保健院收治的新生儿PICC机械性静脉炎患儿中抽取74例进行本次研究,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(37例)采取抬高置管处肢体与热敷50%硫酸镁治疗,观察组(37例)在对照组基础上同时应用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效、治愈时间及不良事件发生率。结果观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多磺酸粘多糖乳膏+50%硫酸镁热敷用于新生儿PICC机械性静脉炎治疗,效果显著,推广价值高。Objective To explore the clinical value of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream+50%Magnesium Sulfate hot compress in the treatment of neonatal peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)mechanical phlebitis.Methods A total of 74 neonates with PICC mechanical phlebitis were selected from Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital for this study from January to December 2021.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,37 cases in the control group were treated by raising the limb of the tube and applying 50%Magnesium Sulfate,37 cases in the observation group were treated with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,cure time and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cure time of children in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream+50%Magnesium Sulfate hot compress used for the treatment of neonatal PICC mechanical phlebitis,has significant effect and high promotion value.
