摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月寿光市人民医院收治的62例剖宫产产后出血患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,每组各31例。参照组采取药物联合子宫按摩治疗,试验组采用宫腔填塞纱条治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组阴道出血量、输血量少于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血,能减少阴道出血量,缩短住院时间,临床值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of uterine tamponade gauze in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 62 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted to Shouguang People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with drugs combined with uterine massage,and the experimental group was treated with uterine tamponade gauze.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding and blood transfusion in the experimental group were less than those in the reference group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine tamponade gauze in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the hospitali zation time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
