加味寿胎丸治疗脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产的临床效果及对T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加味寿胎丸治疗脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产的临床效果及对Th1/Th2型细胞因子平衡的影响。方法选取青岛市即墨区中医医院2021年4月至2022年10月收治的80例脾肾两虚型早期先兆流患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组患者采用地屈孕酮治疗,治疗组患者采用地屈孕酮联合加味寿胎丸治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组肿瘤坏死因子-α、γ干扰素低于对照组(P<0.05),白介素-6、白介素-10高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味寿胎丸治疗脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产的效果确切,治疗后Th1水平显著降低,Th2水平升高,可纠正Th1/Th2细胞因子的病理偏移,提高保胎成功率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Shoutai Pills in the treatment of early threatened abortion with spleen-kidney deficiency and its influence on the Th1/Th2 type cytokines balance.Methods From April 2021 to October 2022,80 cases of early threatened abortion with spleen-kidney deficiency admitted to Qingdao Jimo District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone.The treatment group was treated with Dydrogesterone and modified Shoutai Pills.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The values of tumor necrosis factor-αand interferon-γof the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the values of interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified Shoutai Pills is definite in treating early threatened abortion with spleen-kidney deficiency.The Th1 level is significantly reduced and the Th2 level is increased after treatment,which can correct the pathological offset of Th1/Th2 cytokines and improve the success rate of fetal preservation.
