摘　　要：[目的/意义]文章旨在透过年度学术热点,对中国特色信息资源管理自主知识体系构建的现实性、可能性和必要性进行解析。[方法/过程]通过对2022年度十大学术热点的内在逻辑关系的分析,文章对构建中国特色信息资源管理自主知识体系的宏观背景、政策意涵、内生动力和底层逻辑进行了解读。[结果/结论]学科更名为构建具有中国特色信息资源管理自主知识体系提供了难得机遇,文化数字化战略等一系列顶层设计则为构建信息资源管理自主知识体系提供了政策指引,文化自信和技术驱动为中国特色信息资源管理自主知识体系的构建赋予了不竭动力。同时,社会认识层次论等具有中国本土情境适应性的学术思想,也为构建信息资源自主知识体系提供了底层逻辑。[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to analyze the reality,possibility and necessity of building an independent knowledge system of information resource management with Chinese characteristics through the inspecting of the annual academic focuses.[Method/Process]Through the analysis of the internal logic relationship of the ten academic hotspots in 2022,this paper shed light on the background,policy implications,endogenous dynamics and underlying logic of building the independent knowledge system of information resources management with Chinese characteristics.[Results/Conclusion]The renaming of the discipline provides a valuable opportunity to build an independent knowledge system of information resources management with Chinese characteristics.A series of top-level designs such as the cultural digitalization strategy provide policy guidance for building an independent knowledge system of information resources management.Cultural self-confidence and technological drive have given inexhaustible impetus to the construction of an independent knowledge system of information resources management with Chinese characteristics.Besides,academic ideas such as the hierarchical social cognitive theory,which have the adaptability to the local situation in China,also provide the underlying logic for building the independent knowledge system of information resources.
