摘　　要：门禁社区成为很多城市居住方式的一个共同特征,并引起了多门学科的广泛关注。本文通过社会结构视角解读门禁社区的生成和效应,挖掘门禁社区在这一过程中既作为因又成为果的复杂现象,进而更好地寻找到对门禁社区的包容性治理。即从消费结构差异、团体格局失衡和社会阶层极化等方面深究西方门禁社区生成的社会结构原因,并剖析门禁社区社会效应背后有关社会安全、平等和公共空间危机的深层机理,在此基础上试图更新门禁社区治理的现有理念。中国的门禁社区也同样不能在社会结构之外独立生存,并与西方门禁社区存在诸多共性,在治理过程中也需要包容性,不能实施一步到位甚至激进的公共政策,而要寻求社会与门禁社区的可持续发展。Gated community has become a common feature of many urban living styles and has attracted wide attention from many disciplines.This paper interprets the generation and effect of gated community from the perspective of social structure,excavates the complex phenomenon that gated community is both cause and effect in this process,and further finds the inclusive governance of gated community better.In other words,from the aspects of consumption structure difference,group pattern imbalance and social class polarization,the reason of the social structure of gated community in the West is studied deeply,and the deep mechanism of social security,equality and public space crisis behind the social effect of gated community is analyzed,and on this basis,the existing concept of governance of gated community is tried to update.Similarly,gated communities in China cannot survive independently outside the social structure,and have many commonalities with western gated communities.They also need inclusiveness in the governance process.Instead of implementing one-step or even radical public policies,sustainable development of society and gated communities should be sought.
