生物反馈电刺激联合电针治疗产后松弛型盆底功能障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究生物反馈电刺激联合电针治疗产后松弛型盆底功能障碍(PFD)患者的临床效果。方法60例产后松弛型盆底功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组行生物反馈电刺激联合电针治疗。比较两组患者盆底肌力分级情况、盆底肌力改善情况、盆底肌电位值及治疗后性生活水平。结果治疗后,观察组盆底肌力分级优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组阴道收缩肌电值、阴道动态压力及阴道收缩持续时间均优于治疗前,且观察组阴道收缩肌电值(43.58±5.15)μV、阴道动态压力(107.60±6.23)cm H_(2)O(1 cm H_(2)O=0.098 kPa)及阴道收缩持续时间(9.41±1.70)s均优于对照组的(38.15±5.00)μV、(100.25±6.41)cm H_(2)O、(7.00±1.54)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维最大电位值均高于治疗前,且观察组Ⅰ类肌纤维最大电位值(30.22±6.15)μV、Ⅱ类肌纤维最大电位值(44.06±7.36)μV高于对照组的(23.18±6.23)、(35.20±6.98)μV,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后性生活水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后松弛型盆底功能障碍患者行生物反馈电刺激联合电针治疗,有助于产后盆底肌力增强,提升性生活质量,值得在临床中推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of biofeedback electrostimulation combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrostimulation,and the observation group was treated with biofeedback electrostimulation and electroacupuncture.The pelvic floor muscle strength classification,improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength,potential value of pelvic floor muscle and quality of sexual life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal contraction electromyographic value,vaginal dynamic pressure and duration of vaginal contraction in both groups were better than those before treatment in this group;in the observation group,the vaginal contraction electromyographic value was(43.58±5.15)μV,the vaginal dynamic pressure was(107.60±6.23)cm H_(2)O(1 cm H_(2)O=0.098 kPa)and the duration of vaginal contraction was(9.41±1.70)s,which were better than(38.15±5.00)μV,(100.25±6.41)cm H_(2)O and(7.00±1.54)s in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum potential values of typeⅠandⅡmuscle fibers in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the maximum potential values of typeⅠmuscle fibers(30.22±6.15)μV and typeⅡmuscle fibers(44.06±7.36)μV in the observation group were higher than(23.18±6.23)and(35.20±6.98)μV in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of sexual life in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically
