间苯三酚治疗输尿管镜碎石术后膀胱痉挛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察间苯三酚治疗输尿管镜碎石术后膀胱痉挛的临床效果。方法60例行输尿管镜碎石术后膀胱痉挛的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组使用间苯三酚治疗,对照组使用山莨菪碱治疗。比较两组术后膀胱痉挛次数、术后膀胱痉挛持续时间、术后相关指标。结果两组术后第1、2、3天膀胱痉挛次数及膀胱痉挛持续时间均呈下降趋势,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第1、2、3天,观察组膀胱痉挛次数少于对照组,膀胱痉挛持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组膀胱冲洗转清时间(3.32±0.73)d、尿管拔除时间(4.50±0.37)d短于对照组的(4.29±1.24)、(5.13±0.18)d,视觉模拟评分法评分(3.23±0.26)分低于对照组的(5.90±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚治疗输尿管镜碎石术后膀胱痉挛的效果显著,临床应用意义较大,可以推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of phloroglucinol in the treatment of bladder spasm after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 60 patients with bladder spasm after ureteroscopic lithotripsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with phloroglucinol,while the control group was treated with anisodamine.The frequency of postoperative bladder spasm,duration of postoperative bladder spasm and postoperative related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency and duration of bladder spasm on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day postoperative days were decreased in the two groups,and the difference within the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st,2nd and 3rd day postoperative days,the frequency of bladder spasm in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of bladder spasm was shorter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of cleaning bladder(3.32±0.73)d and the time of removing ureter(4.50±0.37)d in the observation group were shorter than(4.29±1.24)and(5.13±0.18)d in the control group;the visual analogue scale score(3.23±0.26)points in the observation group was lower than(5.90±0.89)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol is effective in the treatment of bladder spasm after ureteroscopic lithotripsy,and its clinical application is of great significance and can be promoted and applied.
