脾虚肝亢型小儿多发性抽动症治疗中白术芍药散加减的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析白术芍药散加减治疗脾虚肝亢型小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法80例脾虚肝亢型多发性抽动症患儿,根据治疗方案不同分为研究组与常规组,各40例。两组患儿均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,常规组患儿选择泰必利治疗,研究组患儿选择白术芍药散加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于常规组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率2.50%低于常规组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组YGTSS评分为(13.51±6.15)分,低于常规组的(17.12±7.72)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脾虚肝亢型小儿多发性抽动症的临床治疗中加入白术芍药散加减治疗效果显著,具有一定安全性,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Baizhu Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of children with Tourette's syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver.Methods A total of 80 children with Tourette's syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver were divided into a research group and a conventional group according to different treatment schemes,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of children were treated with conventional treatment,on this basis,children of the conventional group was treated with Tiapride,and children of the research group was treated with modified Shaoyao Powder.The therapeutic effects,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the YGTSS score of the research group was(13.51±6.15)points,which was lower than(17.12±7.72)points of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Baizhu Shaoyao Powder has significant effect in the clinical treatment of children with Tourette's syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver.It has a certain safety,and is worth promoting.
