康惠尔水胶体敷料透明贴对静脉留置针患者的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探究静脉留置针患者采取康惠尔水胶体敷料透明贴的临床意义。方法60例静脉留置针患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。两组患者均采取临床常规方法进行静脉留置针穿刺,对照组患者穿刺成功后由透明贴固定静脉留置针,试验组患者穿刺成功后由康惠尔水胶体敷料透明贴固定静脉留置针。比较两组患者穿刺部位症状评分、留置针敷料情况评分、静脉炎分级。结果试验组患者的穿刺部位症状评分、留置针敷料情况评分、静脉炎分级分别为(0.32±0.15)分、(1.12±0.05)分、(1.75±0.11)级,均优于对照组的(1.12±0.12)分、(1.91±0.07)分、(2.59±0.12)级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔水胶体敷料透明贴用于静脉留置针患者的预防效果良好,患者穿刺部位临床症状较轻,留置针敷料情况完好,可减少静脉炎的发生几率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Comfeel transparent hydrocolloid dressing for patients with intravenous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 60 patients with intravenous indwelling needle were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in both groups adopted the clinical routine method for intravenous indwelling needle puncture,and the patients in the control group had their intravenous indwelling needles fixed by transparent dressing after successful puncture,and the patients in the experimental group had their intravenous indwelling needles fixed by transparent dressing of Comfeel transparent hydrocolloid dressing after successful puncture.Both groups were compared in terms of symptom scores at the puncture site,the score of indwelling needle dressing condition and phlebitis grading.Results The symptom scores at the puncture site,the score of indwelling needle dressing condition and phlebitis grading in the experimental group were(0.32±0.15)points,(1.12±0.05)points,and(1.75±0.11)grades,which were better than(1.12±0.12)points,(1.91±0.07)points,and(2.59±0.12)grades in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfell transparent hydrocolloid dressing has a good preventive effect on patients with venous indwelling needle.The clinical symptoms of patients at the puncture site are mild,and the dressing of the indwelling needle is in good condition,which can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
