排气功能训练指导对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛的缓解效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析排气功能训练指导对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛的缓解效果。方法60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,各30例。对照组采取临床常规康复方法,试验组在对照组的基础上采取排气功能训练指导。比较两组患者胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平及恶心腹胀分级、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床疗效。结果试验组患者MTL(254.66±15.36)ng/L、GAS(64.33±5.16)pg/ml高于对照组的(203.51±15.39)ng/L、(54.27±5.21)pg/ml,恶心腹胀分级(1.44±0.83)级、VAS评分(3.72±0.96)分低于对照组的(2.59±0.92)级、(5.33±1.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论排气功能训练指导对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者疼痛的缓解效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of exhausting training guidance on pain relief after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine clinical rehabilitation methods,while the experimental group adopted exhausting training guidance on the basis of the control group.The levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),nausea and abdominal distension grading,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The MTL(254.66±15.36)ng/L and GAS(64.33±5.16)pg/ml in the experimental group were higher than(203.51±15.39)ng/L and(54.27±5.21)pg/ml in the control group;the nausea and abdominal distension grading(1.44±0.83)grades and VAS score(3.72±0.96)points in the experimental group were lower than(2.59±0.92)grades and(5.33±1.15)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exhausting training guidance has significant effect on pain relief of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and is worthy of promotion.
