刍议白术对肠道疾病的双向调节作用

摘　　要：药理研究和动物实验表明白术可双向调节胃肠功能,本文从白术的本草学历代沿革探讨白术的功效演变,对白术的双向调节作用进行中医学理论溯源。基于肠与脾、胃生理病理联系的相关讨论,归纳古今医家运用白术双向调节治疗肠道疾病的辨证思路,主要在于补脾益气燥湿土、运脾和胃生津液两方面。并从不同炮制方法和剂量大小探讨不同因素对白术双向调节作用的影响。运用白术治疗肠道疾病时善用配伍,明确其使用禁忌,正确认识白术的双向调节作用,可在临床收获较好的效果。Pharmacological studies and animal experiments have shown that Atractylodes can bidirectionally regulate the gastrointestinal function.This paper discusses the evolution of Atractylodes efficacy from the history of Atractylodes herbal medicine,and traces the bidirectional regulating effect of Atractylodes to traditional Chinese medicine theory.Based on the relevant discussions on the physiological and pathological relationship between the intestine,the spleen and the stomach,this paper summarizes the ancient and modern physicians'thinking of using Atractylodes bidirectional regulation to treat intestinal diseases,mainly in the two aspects of invigorating the spleen,nourishing qi and drying damp soil,and transporting the spleen and stomach to generate body fluid.And the influence of different factors on bidirectional regulation of Atractylodes is discussed from different processing methods and doses.In the treatment of intestinal diseases with atractylodes atractylodes,good clinical results can be obtained by making good use of its compatibility,clarifying its contraindications and correctly understanding its bidirectional regulating effect.
