甘肃省大学生就业观与高校就业力培养现状研究——基于甘肃省21所高校问卷调查的实证分析

摘　　要：对甘肃省21所高校大学生就业观与就业力培养现状进行调查。研究发现:大学生虽然关注就业并受到就业创业教育时间早,但获得实习与见习实践机会较少,学生面对就业压力增大,继续深造或“稳定工作”成为大学生的择业首选,在就业过程中大学生对自身就业能力与求职技能等方面均有提升需求。建议在大学生培养方面应科学提升其就业观念与综合就业能力,高校应从人才培养方案、教学模式,师资队伍建设、第二课堂设置和校企合作等多方面开展全过程的就业创业教育质量提升与改革,最终构建基于高校毕业生就业政府、高校一体化就业服务平台,实质性帮扶青年大学生提升就业创业能力。This study makes a survey on college students’employment outlook and employability training in 21 colleges and universities in Gansu Province,and finds that:although college students show concern on employment and take employment entrepreneurship education at early time,they get fewer trainee practice and internship;students are now facing increasing employment pressure;taking further study or finding“stable”jobs has become their first career choice;college students have demands of improving their employment ability and job-hunting skills in the process of employment.The suggestions are given as the following:college students should improve their employment concepts and comprehensive employment ability,colleges and universities should carry out the whole-process quality improvement and reform of employment and entrepreneurship education involving the talent training scheme,teaching mode,staff construction,the second classroom setting and universityenterprise cooperation;the integrated employment service platform should be constructed involving the government and universities and provide the substantial support to improve young college students’employment ability.
