摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染流行对儿童风湿科医师在药物治疗和疫苗接种等方面提出了新的挑战,为加强风湿科医师对新型冠状病毒感染的认识和管理,中华医学会儿科学分会风湿病学组等学术组织参考国家卫生健康委员会发布的《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案(试行第十版)》,结合国内外最新研究证据,特制定《儿童风湿性疾病合并新型冠状病毒感染诊断、治疗和预防专家共识》,对相关病原学、致病机制、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断、治疗及预防等内容进行了梳理,以供儿童风湿科医师临床工作参考。The pandemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)infection poses new challenges to pediatric rheumatologists on treatment and vaccination.In order to further unify the understanding of SARS-CoV-2 infection,standardize the diagnosis and treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection with rheumatic disease,the Subspecialty Group of Rheumatology,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association,et al.drafted prevention of pediatric rheumatic disease complicated with SARS-CoV-2 infection,refer to the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for SARS-CoV-2 infection(Trial 10th Edition)issued by the National Health Commission,combined with the latest research evidence at home and abroad.The consensus sort out the relevant etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination,diagnosis,treatment and prevention,so as to provide clinical reference for pediatric rheumatologists.
