摘  要:分析了高炉开炉现状,介绍了全开风口开炉技术在承德钒钛2 500 m^(3)高炉开炉中的应用情况,并与部分堵风口开炉技术进行了对比。通过制定科学的开炉料结构及填充料制,合理规划复风进程,并采取预埋氧枪加热炉缸、精准富氧和喷煤、准确把握出第一炉铁时间等措施,全开风口开炉送风后13 h顺利出铁,31 h全风作业,72 h高炉利用系数达2.6 t/(m^(3)·d),实现了2 500 m^(3)高炉开炉快速达产达效的目的,创开炉的历史最好水平。This paper analyzes the current situation of blast furnace blowing on, introduces the application of full-open air blowing on furnace technology in Chengde Vanadium Titanium 2 500 m^(3) blast furnace, and compares it with some air blocking blowing on technology. By formulating a scientific charge blowing on material structure and filler material system, reasonably planning the re-air process, and taking measures such as pre-embedded oxygen gun heating furnace cylinder, precise oxygen enrichment and coal injection, and accurately grasping the first furnace iron time, the iron is successfully produced 13 h after the full opening air outlet is opened, the full air operation is 31 h, and the utilization coefficient of the 72 h blast furnace reaches 2.6 t/(m^(3)·d), which realizes the purpose of rapid production and efficiency of the 2 500 m^(3) blast furnace opening furnace, and creates the best level in the history of the furnace.
