摘  要:对比了现有烧结球团烟气脱硫脱硝的工艺特点,结合首钢京唐球团带式焙烧机自身烟气特点,确定采用循环流化床CFB嵌套中温SCR的超低排放治理技术路线。介绍了该技术的工作原理,通过开发自动喷氨技术和优化脱硫塔底落灰的治理工艺,实现了低成本稳定达标运行。经检测,烟气排放指标达到了国家、行业和地方排放标准。The process characteristics of desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas of existing sintered pellets were compared, and the ultra-low emission treatment technology route using circulating fluidized bed CFB nested medium-temperature SCR was determined by combining the flue gas characteristics of Shougang Jingtang pellet belt roaster. The working principle of this technology was introduced, and the low-cost and stable operation was achieved by developing automatic ammonia injection technology and optimizing the treatment process of ash falling at the bottom of the desulfurization tower. After testing, the flue gas emission index has reached the national, industry and local emission standards.
