妊娠期李斯特菌感染13例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 通过探讨孕妇感染李斯特菌的临床表现、各项感染指标变化、临床治疗、妊娠结局及新生儿预后,加强临床工作者对李斯特菌感染的认识,降低母胎死亡率。方法 收集2016—2020年就诊于榆林市第二医院妇产科,后经血培养、羊水细菌培养李斯特菌阳性13例孕产妇资料,结合文献报道,总结孕妇感染李斯特菌的生物学特点、临床诊断、治疗方法和预防措施。结果 孕妇感染李斯特菌临床症状无特异性,以发热、寒战为主,伴类上呼吸感染症状,确诊依据为血液或羊水细菌培养出李斯特菌。结论 孕妇感染李斯特菌会严重危及母婴生命安全,提高对孕妇感染李斯特菌的认识,早期诊断、早期治疗,可有效改善母儿婴预后。Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations,changes of various infection indicators,clinical treatment,pregnancy outcome and neonatal prognosis of pregnant women infected with Listeria,in order to strengthen the understanding of clinical workers on Listeria infection and reduce the maternal and fetal mortality.Methods The data of 13 pregnant women with Listeria positive in blood culture and amniotic fluid bacterial culture were collected from the gynaecology and obstetrics department of Yulin No.2 Hospital from 2016 to 2020.Combined with literature reports,the biological characteristics,clinical diagnosis,treatment methods and preventive measures of Listeria infection in pregnant women were summarized.Results The clinical symptoms of Listeria infection in pregnant women was non-specific,with fever and chills as the main symptoms,and respiratory infection symptoms was in the class.The diagnosis was based on the cultivation of Listeria in blood or amniotic fluid.Conclusion Listeria infection in pregnant women will seriously endanger the life safety of mothers and infants.Improving the awareness of Listeria infection in pregnant women,early diagnosis and early treatment can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of mothers and infants.
