摘　　要：脾损伤是结肠镜检查极为少见的并发症。然而,脾损伤病情进展迅速,若不重视,则可能导致患者死亡。本文分析1例结肠镜检查致脾损伤患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献对结肠镜检查致脾损伤发生原因、临床表现、诊断和治疗进行总结,以期提高医疗人员对结肠镜检查致脾损伤的认识。Splenic injury is an extremely rare complication of colonoscopy.However,splenic injury progresses rapidly,and failure to pay attention to this may lead to patient death.This paper analyzes the clinical data of a patient with splenic injury following colonoscopy,and summarizes the causes,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of splenic injury following colonoscopy in combination with relevant literature,in order to improve the understanding of medical staff on splenic injury following colonoscopy.
