健脾和胃汤联合消食膏穴位贴敷治疗脾胃湿热型小儿厌食症的效果及对血清微量元素、食欲调节因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨健脾和胃汤联合消食膏穴位贴敷治疗脾胃湿热型小儿厌食症的效果及对血清微量元素、食欲调节因子水平的影响。方法 选择2019年11月至2021年1月收治的200例脾胃湿热型小儿厌食症患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组给予基础治疗和双歧杆菌四联活菌片,观察组在对照组基础上加施健脾和胃汤联合消食膏穴位贴敷。比较两组的治疗效果、血清微量元素、食欲调节因子水平及生活质量。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为97.00%,高于对照组的88.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的铁、锌、硒水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的促食欲激素/瘦素、神经肽Y水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的健康状况调查表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健脾和胃汤联合消食膏穴位贴敷治疗脾胃湿热型小儿厌食症的效果满意,可改善血清微量元素和食欲调节因子水平,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with Xiaoshi ointment acupoint application in the treatment of infantile anorexia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type and its influences on serum trace elements and appetite regulatory factors levels.Methods A total of 200 children with infantile anorexia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type admitted from November 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and combined Bifidobacterium lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live,and the observation group was given Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with Xiaoshi ointment acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,levels of serum trace elements,appetite regulatory factors and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.00%,which was higher than 88.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of iron,zinc and selenium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of orexin/leptin and neuropeptide Y in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the scores of each dimension of 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with Xiaoshi ointment acupoint application in the treatment of infantile anorexia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type has satisfactory effect.It can improve the levels of serum trace elements and appetite reg
