摘　　要：目的 分析针灸+枳实导滞丸加减联合枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的效果。方法 按照电脑盲选法将86例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者分为对照组(n=43,枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊)和研究组(n=43,针灸+枳实导滞丸加减联合枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗1个月后,研究组的胃泌素-17(G-17)与胃泌素(GAS)水平低于对照组,胃收缩频率与2 h胃排空率高于对照组,胃排空时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,研究组的细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针灸+枳实导滞丸加减联合枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊可改善糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的胃肠激素水平以及胃动力学指标,减轻炎症反应与氧化应激反应,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture+modified Zhishi Daozhi pill combined with mosapride citrate capsules on diabetic gastroparesis.Methods According to the computer blind selection method,86 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were divided into control group(n=43,mosapride citrate capsules)and study group(n=43,acupuncture+modified Zhishi Daozhi pill combined with mosapride citrate capsules).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the levels of gastrin-17(G-17)and gastrin(GAS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the gastric contraction frequency and 2 h gastric emptying rate were higher than those in the control group,and the gastric emptying time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture+modified Zhishi Daozhi pill combined with mosapride citrate capsules can improve gastrointestinal hormones levels and gastric motility indexes in patients with diabetic gastroparesis,and reduce inflammation and oxidative stress,with fewer adverse reactions.
