摘 要:百草枯(PQ)是一种对人和动物都有剧毒的化合物,在过去几十年里已经报道了许多急性中毒和死亡的病例。PQ的主要毒性机制之一是在生物体内生成超氧阴离子,进而形成毒性更强的活性氧(ROS),破坏机体的氧化-还原系统,导致细胞氧化还原状态失衡,造成过氧化损伤,最终导致细胞死亡。认识到PQ破坏机体抗氧化防御系统的毒理作用后,抗氧化疗法渐渐成为一个被广泛认可的治疗方案。本文就近年来常见且被证实有效的抗氧化药物进行综述。Paraquat(PQ)is a highly toxic compound to both humans and animals,and many cases of acute poisoning and death have been reported in the past few decades.One of the main toxic mechanisms of PQ is the generation of superoxide anion in vivo,which forms more toxic reactive oxygen species(ROS)to destroy the body's oxidation-reduction system,lead to the imbalance of cell redox state and cause peroxidation damage,and eventually leads to cell death.After realizing the toxicological effects of PQ on the body's antioxidant defense system,antioxidant therapy has gradually become a widely recognized treatment.This article reviews the common and proven effective antioxidant drugs in recent years.
