摘 要:髂筋膜间隙阻滞作为一种较新的外周神经阻滞技术,操作简易,随着超声无创可视化发展,超声引导下髂筋膜间隙阻滞已广泛应用于临床工作中。因股神经、股外侧皮神经和闭孔神经在其内走行,故将局麻药注入此间隙,对主要由这三条神经支配的髋部、大腿及膝部等区域有较好的镇痛效果。本文以髂筋膜间隙基础解剖、超声引导下FICB的操作方法及其在下肢手术围术期镇痛的临床应用等予以综述。As a new peripheral nerve block technique,fascia iliaca compartment block is easy to be operated.With the development of non-invasive visualization of ultrasound,ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block has been widely used in clinical practice.Since the femoral nerve,the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and the obturator nerve run in the space,injecting local anesthetics into the space will have better analgesic effects on the hip,thigh and knee areas,mainly innervated by these three nerves.This article will review the basic anatomy of iliac fascia space,the operation method of ultrasound-guided FICB and the clinical application of perioperative analgesia in lower limb surgery.
