摘 要:以某城市污水处理厂曝气沉砂池出水作为原水,考察以微压内循环生物反应器(MPSR)为主体的工艺在低温低负荷情况下的处理效果以及稳定性,以期解决低温低负荷条件下常规水处理技术难以满足出水要求的问题。结果表明,温度7.9~11.5℃,污泥负荷0.071 kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d),反应器出口DO浓度1.0~1.5 mg/L,水力停留时间9.6 h,污泥浓度6 320 mg/L,污泥龄15 d,氨氮负荷、总氮负荷分别为23.71、76.63g/(m^(3)·d)条件下,平均出水COD、NH^(+)_(4)-N、TN、TP的浓度分别为24.26、2.31、8.18、0.15 mg/L,去除率分别达到82.10%、76.85%、71.21%、82.12%,出水水质达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理污染物排放标准》的一级A标准。Taking the outflow from the aerated grit chamber of a sewage treatment plant as raw water, the treatment effect and stability of the process with MPSR as the main body under low temperature and low load conditions were investigated, with a view to solving the problem that conventional water treatment technology could not meet the effluent requirements under this condition. The results showed that when the temperature was 7.9~11.5℃, the sludge load was 0.071 kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d), the DO concentration of the reactor was 1.0~1.5 mg/L, the hydraulic retention time was 9.6 h, the sludge concentration was 6 320 mg/L, the sludge age was 15 d, and the ammonia nitrogen load and total nitrogen load are under the conditions of 23.71 g/(m^(3)·d) and 76.63 g/(m^(3)·d), the concentrations of COD, NH^(+)_(4)-N, TN and TP in the effluent were 24.26, 2.31, 8.18 and 0.15 mg/L respectively, the removal rate reached 82.10%, 76.85%, 71.21%, 82.12% respectively, and the effluent quality reached Grade A of GB 18918—2002 of Standard for pollutant discharge of urban wastewater treatment.
