摘 要:有活性但不可培养(viable but non-culturable, VBNC)细菌,是指在平板上不可培养但又保持生命活性的细菌。饮用水中的细菌可在消毒等因素诱导下进入VBNC状态。VBNC状态的细菌可在适当的条件下发生复苏,对饮用水安全造成危害。本文介绍了细菌进入VBNC状态的机制,包括氧化、毒素-抗毒素、RpoS因子等,并总结了细菌进入VBNC状态的诱导因素、特征及复苏、细菌VBNC状态检测方法等方面的研究进展。Viable but non-culturable(VBNC) bacteria refer to the bacteria that cannot be cultured on the plate but maintain life activity. Bacteria in drinking water could enter VBNC state induced by disinfection and other factors. The bacteria in VBNC state could be revived under appropriate conditions, causing harm to the safety of drinking water. This report introduces the mechanism of bacteria entering the VBNC state, including oxidation, toxin antitoxin, RpoS factors, etc., and the research progress in the inducement factors, characteristics and recovery of bacteria entering VBNC state, detection methods of bacterial VBNC state were summarized.
