摘　　要：随着计算机技术的飞速发展,传统动车检修的培训模式的缺点日益显露出来,为顺应当前教育培训信息化、网络化、自主化、个性化的发展趋势,强化对安全生产人员在法律法规、专业理论、新知识新技术、行政执法等方面的培训,推进虚拟现实技术(VR)在动车检修技术的应用及推广势在必行。通过虚拟现实技术将真实的场景、设备、操作过程、检修、考核等内容还原到计算机中,使实操实训方面具有操作的可重复性、设备场景更新快、维护费用低、培训方式新颖等优点,使其经济效益显著。同时也为动车维修企业创建多层次、综合性、研究型的培训教学体系,培养厚基础、宽口径的动车检修高素质人才,具有良好的社会效益。With the rapid development of computer technology,the shortcomings of the traditional training model of EMU maintenance are increasingly revealed.In order to conform to the current development trend of informatization,networking,autonomy and individualization of education and training,It is imperative to strengthen the training of safety production personnel in laws and regulations,professional theories,new knowledge,new technologies,administrative law enforcement,etc.and promote the application and promotion of virtual reality technology(VR)in the EMU maintenance technology.Using virtual reality technology to restore the real scenes,equipment,operating procedures,maintenance,assessment and other content to the computer,making the practical operation training has the advantages of repeatability,fast update of equipment scenes,low maintenance costs,and novel training methods.The economic benefits are significant.At the same time,it also creates a multi-level,comprehensive,research-based training and teaching system for EMU maintenance companies,and cultivates highquality personnel with a thick foundation and wide-caliber EMU maintenance,which has good social benefits.
