摘  要:“调载功能”是浮船坞上主压载泵的最重要功能,通过其向压载水舱泵入或排出压载水,以此调节浮船坞在水上的浮态,便于承载待修船舶,实现生产。该文针对某大型浮船坞一压载泵运行中经常损坏的问题,阐述改装潜水轴流泵型式过程及工艺控制要点,恢复了该台主压载泵调载功能的技术实现途径。该文介绍的改装案例,是在浮船坞正常生产期间的坞期内实施,采用了部分新工艺、新材料,实现了不停产改装、一次试车成功。改装后的泵单元现已安全运行2年,可为今后同类场所下相同型式泵的修理和改造提供借鉴。"Discharging function"is the most important function for the main ballast pump equipped on a lifting floating dock,and the repair of a ship can be realized by adjusting the floating state of the lifting floating dock through in-charging or discharging water from the ballast tank.In this research,for the problem of frequently damaged during operation of a ballast pump on a large floating dock,submersible axial flow pumps were selected as per the types and the characteristics on the process and process control,and the buoyancy regulating function of the main ballast pump was then recovered.The conversion scheme,which can be realized by conducting only one trial on the floating dock without interfering the normal working condition,includes some new techniques and new materials.The modified pump unit has been operating safely for two years,which can provide reference for the repair and transformation of the same type of pump in the same place in the future.
